Eighty years hence, Mickey Mouse has undergone many changes. From the naughty, almost violent character of Steamboat Willie, Mickey Mouse is now known for his gentle and kind ways. This defined the direction for Walt Disney as a company, one which was geared towards wholesome family entertainment.
